You can easily order cassettes from us via our online shop.

We process every incoming order and then schedule it into the production process. Delivery times vary depending on the product. You can find an overview of delivery times here: Delivery times.

During this time, you will receive emails from us about the status of your order.

If data is required for the order, you can simply upload it directly to the order via our upload system. The link to the data upload will be displayed after you have completed your order.

IMPORTANT: Production will start only after receipt of payment and, with all necessary data (audio and print data as well as delivery license) being available. The delivery time applies from the start of production.

Delivery license

As a producer of cassettes, we are obliged to issue the sound carriers only on presentation of a delivery licence.

For EVERY duplication of sound carriers (recorded cassettes) we therefore require a distribution licence from a collecting society (GEMA in Germany). The production should be registered in the country where the distribution of the cassettes will take place. The application or the production notification is NOT sufficient. Processing times for the application should ideally be planned before the order is placed.

EVERY production must be reported. This also applies to productions that do not contain repertoire that requires a licence. Works whose authors (composer, lyricist) are members of a collecting society are subject to licence fees. No fees are payable for licence-free sound recordings.

Production and the delivery time do not begin until the delivery authorisation has been submitted. In exceptional cases, production can also start earlier. Please contact us directly by e-mail.
