All production steps from a single source
From the empty housing to the finished packaged cassette, all production steps take place in-house. Our employees monitor every single one of these steps. For printing the cassettes and the printed paper products, we work with selected partners who support us with their expertise and experience in this area.
The audio material is subjected to technical mastering in advance. The audio material is optimised for playback on cassette without changing the sound characteristics of the audio files.

Mit dem Tapematic Dual Pancake Audio Cassette Loader, the recorded or unrecorded tape is wound into the cassette housing. The individually required length of the tape can be precisely set by programming.
When the tape is recorded by the duplicating machines, certain signals are stored which the loader interprets and can therefore make precise cuts.
The 1-color print is done with pad-print. The printing process guarantees a long shelf life and allows even filigree motifs.
The customer decides what is printed on the cassettes. It is possible to send us a design after each order of printed cassettes. Please note our specifications.
Besided the pad print we also offer the 4-color, full-surface UV-print on cassettes and boxes an.
The printing process makes it possible to experiment with opaque or transparent and decorative paints.
Our Covers are manufactured to fit our snap boxes perfectly and printed on both sides using an offset process. You can choose between covers without a flap, with one flap or with two flaps.
The customer layout determines how the covers are printed. After each order there is the possibility to send us a design. Please note our specification.
Additional print products such as inserts or downlaod codes can be added to the cassettes.
To protect the cassettes, we offer cellophane wrapping, which protects the cassettes against scratches and prevents them from being opened.
Depending on the composition, we pick cassettes, Snapboxes/Norelco boxes and other products into a single unit.
